Prospective AID
A Prospective SAID who would like to purchase a product for evaluation will undergo the same registration process as an SAID who applies for active SAID membership.
AID
As an AID, you will receive your unique User ID number and password and be given full access to our Site. Your personal information is safe with us. You will have access to your personal information on My Account. Please do not share your personal information with anyone else, for it is your responsibility to protect your USER ID and password.
ADD
As an SADD, you will receive your unique User ID number and password and be given full access to our Site. Your personal information is safe with us. You will have access to your personal information on My Account. Please do not share your personal information with anyone else unless they are authorized by you, for it is your responsibility to protect your USER ID and password.
Customers
We would like to provide you with the highest standards of service and quality products. We will collect your personal information for the purpose of Warranty and Aggregation Information when it is appropriate. No third-party will have access to your information. Your SAID may ask you to voluntarily speak with us for the purpose of market survey and promotions. You have the full right to refuse any such offers. Your SAIDs and SADDs will only store your information to service you better and will not disclose to non-affiliated third parties. We do not make any compromises when it comes to safeguarding and protecting your personal information. If such gross disclosure is exercised by any of our SAIDs or SADDs and you provide us with sufficient proof, we will give them notice and suspend his or her SAID or SSADD. We are always at your service.
Purchase Order
You can order products in the Purchase Order section. You must always confirm your personal information before making any purchases. We will use your personal information to communicate with you in case we need to confirm delivery, process order, or billing clarification.
Credit Card / PayPal
You can store your credit card information during the time of your first purchase, for it secure and safe with us. You will always have the option to change your credit card information. We do also offer you PayPal as a payment alternative. Shopping carts orders are not stored and are used only to make purchases for that specific point in time.
